Terms of Service
These terms keep YoWatch useful, safe and fair for everyone.

Agreement and eligibility
By selecting “Agree & continue,” creating an account or using YoWatch, you agree to these Terms and the Community Guidelines. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, you may use YoWatch only with that valid permission.
Your account
You are responsible for activity performed through your account and devices. Keep your Google account and device secure, provide accurate profile information, and notify us if you believe your account is being misused. Do not sell, transfer or lend access to an account for abusive or deceptive activity.
Media rights and responsibility
Only share or play media you own, are licensed to use, or otherwise have permission to access. You are responsible for what you share, including the links and content you choose. YoWatch coordinates playback and communication; it does not host most third-party video, grant a licence to copyrighted works, or make restricted content lawful.
No circumvention
Do not use YoWatch to bypass paywalls, subscriptions, geographic restrictions, digital rights management, access controls, provider advertising requirements or other technical protections. Do not share private, expiring or credential-bearing links with people who are not authorized to access them.
Your content and permission to operate the service
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give YoWatch a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, transmit and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the features you use. This licence ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except for limited backups or records retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not post or distribute illegal content; exploit or endanger children; harass, threaten or hatefully target people; share intimate content without consent; impersonate others; expose private information; spread malware, scams or spam; infringe intellectual-property rights; probe or disrupt the service; evade safety limits; automate abusive activity; or misuse rooms, invitations, reporting and host controls.
Third-party services
Websites, video providers, Google and other third-party services have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, age limits and account requirements. You are responsible for complying with them. YoWatch is not endorsed by, and does not control, third-party content or services merely because they can be opened in the app.
Reports, copyright concerns and enforcement
You can use available in-app blocking or reporting tools and contact support for safety or intellectual-property concerns. Include only the information needed to identify the account, room, link and approximate time. We may investigate, remove or restrict content, limit features, suspend accounts, preserve relevant records or cooperate with lawful authorities when reasonably necessary. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent loss of access.
Ending use and account deletion
You may stop using YoWatch at any time and can request account deletion through Settings. We may suspend or terminate access when these Terms are violated, continued access creates risk, or the service must change for legal or operational reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive—such as responsibility, retained records, disclaimers and liability limits—continue after termination.
Service availability
YoWatch is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, pause or stop, and media may fail because of provider restrictions, DRM, login requirements, device support, network conditions or link expiry. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, compatibility with every website, or successful delivery by a third-party provider.
Liability and legal rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YoWatch is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, third-party content or services, user conduct, unauthorized media sharing, or interruptions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes
We may update these Terms when YoWatch or applicable requirements change. We will update the effective date, and material changes may require a new in-app acknowledgement. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using YoWatch and request account deletion.
