Request in the app
Open Settings, choose Delete account, type the confirmation phrase and verify with Google. This creates a reviewed request; it does not immediately disable or delete your account.

Delete your YoWatch account
You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data.
Use email if you cannot sign in
Email astardv@gmail.com from the Google account used for YoWatch. Use the subject “YoWatch”, write “Account deletion request” and include your username if available. Never send your password.
Cancel before processing
An in-app request can be cancelled in Settings until administrative processing begins. After that point, contact support immediately.
Receive confirmation
Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Support will confirm completion or explain information that must be retained for legal or security reasons.
What deletion covers
The request covers your profile and associated social-account data under our control, including friend relationships, conversation membership, registered encrypted-chat devices and push registrations. Some room or security records may be retained temporarily for service integrity, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
Before you request deletion
Deletion is permanent and may make existing encrypted conversations or room history unavailable. Uninstalling YoWatch or signing out does not delete your account.
