WATCH KINDLY

Community Guidelines

A private room still includes real people. Treat them with care and respect.

Effective date: 6 September 2026

01

Respect consent and boundaries

Invite people appropriately, respect a participant’s decision to leave or decline, and never pressure someone to view, share or discuss content.

02

Protect children

Sexual content involving minors, grooming, exploitation, solicitation or any conduct that endangers a child is strictly prohibited. Report suspected child exploitation to the appropriate authorities.

03

No harassment or hate

Threats, stalking, bullying, hateful attacks, encouragement of violence and targeted abuse are not allowed.

04

No non-consensual intimate content

Never share sexual or intimate content, manipulated imagery or recordings of another person without their clear permission.

05

Respect privacy and identity

Do not expose private information, credentials or recordings without permission, and do not impersonate another person or organization.

06

Share only authorized media

Use only media you own or have permission to access and share. Do not bypass DRM, paywalls, subscriptions, geographic limits or other access controls.

07

No scams or technical abuse

Do not send malware, phishing links, scams or spam; probe the service; automate abuse; evade safety limits; or disrupt accounts and rooms.

08

Use room controls honestly

Hosts and participants must use playback, queue, invitation, removal, blocking and reporting tools for their intended purpose.

How to respond

If you feel unsafe, leave the room and block the account. Use an available in-app report control or contact support with the username, room code or relevant link, approximate time and a concise description. Because supported chats are end-to-end encrypted, include only the minimum evidence you choose to share. Never send passwords, access tokens or encryption keys. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

What happens after a report

We may review available account, room and security information and request clarification. Depending on severity, context and history, action may include a warning, feature restriction, content or invitation limits, temporary suspension, permanent account action, or referral required by law. A report does not guarantee a particular result, and knowingly false or abusive reports may themselves violate these Guidelines.

Questions or appeals

If you believe an account action was made in error, contact support from the email associated with your YoWatch account. Include the relevant username and approximate date, but do not send passwords, tokens or unrelated private content.

Report a safety issue

Share only the minimum details needed for review. We’ll respond through the available support channel.
